8. All Goods, Repairs and Services must be paid for IN FULL before they can be collected from the premises.
9. Goods that are ordered by post or from the Web Site will charged ONLY AFTER the goods have been dispatched.
10. You are advised to keep a copy of your order and this page of Terms and Conditions.
11. We will send you a written copy of your order as confirmation.
12. Postage or a delivery charge is not included in the quoted price, this may be added on at the time of delivery, if applicable.
13. Postal deliveries will normally be made using the Royal Mail or Parcelforce, UNLESS you state otherwise.
14. The price quoted on the Web Site or on the Premises are prices ruling at the time of purchase. (no hidden surcharges, only postal charges if applicable)
15. NO V.A.T is charged on any goods that you order from this web site.
16. The company will use all reasonable endeavors to comply with deadlines.
17. No responsibility will be accepted for mistakes, delays, shortages or problems caused from reasons beyond our control.
18. All Vouchers from the company can only be exchanged for goods.
19. Unless stated otherwise, vouchers can not be used as part payment for repairs.
20. All Vouchers from the company can be exchanged on the web site or at the above address.
21. A small deposit  (£5. or 10%) will secure any item, for purchase within the next 30 (thirty) days.
22. All customers have 12(twelve) days to peruse the goods (except batteries) and can return the goods (at the customers expense) for a full refund, providing the goods are undamaged.
23. A refund will be of the same method as the payment.
24. Customers are deemed to have accepted the goods after this date.
25. All goods, services and repairs entrusted to us will be looked after in a workmanlike manner.
26. Customers repairs  & valuations will be kept safe and secure from the time of deposit and until 1 (one) month after the agreed collection date.
27. Goods not collected after this date, are left entirely at the owners risk.
28. Repairs to all timepieces, that have had a Clean & Overhaul carry a 12 (twelve) month guarantee, starting from the date we give as a collection date.
29. Our guarantee covers, faulty workmanship, we will correct, at our expense, problems and failures. You have to pay for parts and materials, only if they have to be replaced.
30. Gemstones supplied will be of the same quality of the rest of the Jewellery or the best value for money that the Company could obtain.
31. Gold, Silver & Platinum used in any repair will be of the same standard as the rest of the item.
32. Unless stated otherwise, NO timepiece will be Waterproof!
33. Batteries can NOT be guaranteed. We can only assure you they are in good condition at the time of sale. Our batteries are good, but they will not make a broken watch work.
34. Watch & Clock glasses will not be guaranteed. Glass & plastic will brake under  undue pressure.
35. Any dispute that can not be resolved by mutual consent will be passed on to the B.H.I or B.W & C.G or the local Chamber of Trade, for mediation. The customer may choose to whom we turn.
36. Payments can be made in person  or by post with; Cash, Cheques, International Money Orders, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft, Travellers Cheques, Visa, Master Card, Debit or Credit Cards and Switch or Solo Cards.
37. Orders and payments taken over the 'phone, by Visa or Master Card, Debit or Credit Cards, Switch or Solo Cards.
38. No Data of Customers is kept on the Web site or server or receiving computer.
39. NO data we have now or may have in the future will be sold on to any other party.
40. All communications should be addressed to our one and only address. This can be found at the bottom of most pages.
41. All payments can be made in £ Sterling (preferred method), Euro or American Dollars. Details of how to pay are displayed below.
